Holder of an AEC in municipal administration techniques and a master's degree in municipal management from the École Nationale de l'Administration publique, this unifier is passionate about community work. She has held the positions of department head at the Service Bénévole d'Entraide Vimont-Auteuil and coordinator of programs and special events at Loisirs Sainte-Béatrice. She puts her social leadership at the service of citizens.

Her experience with seniors, adults and young people in Laval has allowed her to discover the Laval community environment up close with all its values ​​of mutual aid, sharing, solidarity, rigour, individual and collective commitment, as well as team spirit. Through volunteering, this environment has allowed her to strengthen her understanding of the issues faced by Laval residents. She believes in the community's capabilities and prioritizes them in her actions. She reminds us that "To stand out, we must work with the community's strengths. »

She is concerned about the citizen experience, which is the central element that guides Saadia’s actions. Moreover, her position coordinating snow removal operations at the City of Montreal’s public works and road network allows her to better understand this important service.
